Ice cream maker: Add this packet (120g) with 120mL of water. Transfer mixture into your ice cream maker. Churn according to ice cream machine’s directions. Serve cold. Makes 4 serves

At home, no churn: Add this packet (120g) with 120mL of water until well incorporated. Transfer mixture into a freeze-safe container with a lid. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours. Serve cold. Makes 4 serves

If frozen overnight, set out to thaw for at least 15 minutes prior to scooping.
